“I’ve been in butchery since leaving school. I started working for Peter Goss as a Saturday boy and enjoyed it so much that I started working at the shop full time in 1986.
The butchery trade has changed over the years but the same principles apply, Customers want good quality meat at a reasonable price. We know that customers want to shop for locally farmed produce at the right price. We have a commitment to provide that level of service for our customers and I'm proud to say that all the staff at the shop are able to provide full details of where the meats we sell have come from.
In 2008 I became a director of Peter Goss Butchers. I am looking forward to the future and working with Peter to ensure that our business maintains both the high standards and it's reputation.'
