All our meats are farm assured and have traceability.

 

Beef comes from J East at Kirtlington, Oxfordshire. The breeds we use are Limousin, Blonde d’Aquataine and Hereford cross.
 
 
Lambs are supplied by C East, L Evans and W G King all of Luggershall, Buckinghamshire. The breeds we use are Charollais and Texal cross.
 

Pigs are supplied by D Orpwood (Woods farm, Watlington, Oxfordshire). They are all born outside and fattened in straw yards. All pigs are free from antibiotic growth promoters, meat bone meal feeds and hormones.
