🎄 Dale’s Real Christmas Deal – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering the Dale’s Real Christmas Deal Prize Draw, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Peter Goss Butchers Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotional period
The prize draw opens on 2nd October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 3rd December 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
3. Entry with an online order
Customers who place a qualifying online order of £10 or more through the Peter Goss Butchers website during the promotional period will receive one entry into the prize draw.
Each separate qualifying order of £10 or more receives one entry. Customers may therefore receive multiple entries by placing multiple qualifying orders.
4. Free entry – no purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter for free, email orders@petergossbutchers.co.uk with the subject line:
“Free entry for Dale’s Christmas hamper”
The email must include the entrant’s full name and contact telephone number.
Free entry is limited to one entry per person per day during the promotional period.
Free entries will be included in the same draw as entries generated through qualifying online orders and will have the same chance of winning. The method used to select the winner will not distinguish between paid-route and free-route entries.
5. The prize
There is one prize available.
The prize is one Dale’s Real Christmas Deal meat hamper, worth £99.99, containing the products described on this page.
There is no cash alternative.
If the selected winner has already purchased a Dale’s Real Christmas Deal hamper from Peter Goss Butchers for Christmas 2026, Peter Goss Butchers will instead refund the £99.99 purchase price of that hamper.
6. Selecting the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 4th December 2026.
The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with the laws of chance. If the winner is selected manually, the draw will take place under the supervision of an independent person.
Peter Goss Butchers will retain appropriate evidence of the random selection process.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted by Peter Goss Butchers using the contact details supplied with their order or free entry.
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of the first contact attempt, Peter Goss Butchers reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Collection of the prize
The winner will arrange collection of the hamper directly with Peter Goss Butchers.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, except for the refund arrangement described above where the winner has already purchased the same Christmas hamper.
9. Invalid entries
Peter Goss Butchers reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information, or otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions.
10. Personal information
Personal information supplied for the purposes of the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact the winner.
Information supplied solely for a free prize-draw entry will not automatically be used for marketing purposes.
11. Fair administration
Peter Goss Butchers Ltd is responsible for administering the promotion fairly and will take reasonable steps to ensure that all valid entries are included in the draw.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable and where doing so is consistent with applicable promotional rules.
12. General
The promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
